The year is 2257. Mankind has been exploring the universe for over 250 years and now occupies a large number of planets. With the introduction of remote mining, the universe became full of bustling trade and mining routes. Various militia groups emerged, rejecting Industrial Earth's rule and roaming the galaxy in numerous sized battle fleets.
It is now, during the collapse of the Industrial empire that these starship pirates have broken off and become their own individual societies. Plagued with conflict and poverty, the galaxy is no longer safe for the average traveller.
It has become BATTLESPACE
The BattleSpace site acts as an archive of models and fictional information from the BattleSpace universe. Just as importantly, this site is a dedication and reference to the design, construction and wargaming of futuristic ships, vehicles and war scenes out of the best modelling medium available - LEGOŽ plastic building bricks. My greatest apologies for the lack of updates fo so many months, but I have had a busy time - moving house, starting my course in electronics engineering and collecting a Warhammer 40K Tau army.
